Plaintiff Ahern Rentals, Inc. brought suit for breach of contract in the matter of Ahern Rentals, Inc. v. L.E. Baker Co. et al. Plaintiff moved for Summary Judgment which was denied by the District Court. The matter then went to arbitration, where Plaintiff’s claims were dismissed in their entirety.
