Court dismisses case and rules in favor of Nevada Walker, PLLC client

The Court dismissed Plaintiff’s Complaint in its entirety against the client of Nevada Walker, PLLC in the matter of Garcia v. ES Enterprise LLC dba Don’s DI Auto & Truck Service. After two court hearings on the matter, the Court found that Defendant owed a duty to perform repairs in a reasonable and responsible manner in accordance with industry standards and that Defendant performed said repairs properly. Consequently, Plaintiff was awarded nothing against Defendant and Defendant received a defense judgment.
