Nevada Walker, PLLC obtains dismissal of its client with prejudice for no payment

Plaintiff Jeff Foster brought a lawsuit against Infinite Velocity Motorsports, LLC for work it performed on his vehicle. The lawsuit was in the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada as case number CV19-1630. Infinite Velocity Motorsports, LLC filed a Third-Party Complaint against Nevada Walker, PLLC’s client, Street to Sand Offroad and Performance, Inc., for its work tuning the vehicle’s engine.

After ten months of litigation, the Plaintiff stipulated to dismiss any and all claims against all parties for no payment. A Stipulation and Order for Dismissal with Prejudice was filed on June 16, 2020 that dismissed Nevada Walker, PLLC’s client entirely.
